The Fridge Alive app connects to a fridge monitoring IOT device. The device monitors the temperature of a refrigerator. If the temperature is too hot or too cold the app notifies the mobile device giving the owner a chance to move food before it is spoiled.

Fridge Alive is meant for restaurants that are required to monitor the temperature of their refrigerators to verify that food is not spoiled. The device measure the temperature ever 5 minutes and stores the temperature in a central database.
